Smoke Machine

The Fog-800S has been designed for air flow testing, visualization tests, Duct Leak Test.Fire Drill and Navy applications. It is a completely portable unit and has the ability to produce anything from a small wisp of artificial smoke to a large plume. Pharmaceutical grade smoke Fluid is used, which flow under pressure through the precision heater element which is specially designed to maintain constant temperature where it is vaporized. The vapour condenses to form a “smoke” e*etc. The fluid vaporized which means that dense smoke can be achieved for a substantially lower concentration of chemical in the atmosphere. The resulting smoke has been analyzed by independent laboratories to ensure that it is both non-toxic and nonflammable. Fog-800 come with high-quality pump and electronic temperature sensor failure safety features and also over heat safety features, also known as Thermal Cut-O* (TCO), which automatically shuts down the mains power to heater. The artificial smoke from the instrument can be ducted using ducting adaptor to suit 25mm ducting enabling the smoke to be introduced into a restricted area, duct or fume cupboard very simply.
